Shipping 

Anothai Design is an international friendly company and we can ship virtually anywhere in the world. All shipping will be calculated based on your location and the shipping type you request. When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options that are available.  International customers are also responsible for any relevant import taxes and duties. These fees will be calculated automatically once you place an order.

Returns

At Anothai Design, our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days of receiving your item, you may return it for a full refund provided of course that the item has not been damaged or altered in any way.

Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Although we provide free domestic shipping for purchases for registered users, you will be responsible for any shipping costs for returns. Packages sent to us via COD will be denied.

We suggest selecting a shipping method that offers a tracking number and can insure your item. This will provide you recourse should something happen to your package in transit. Anothai Design cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

Once your package has been received at Anothai Design, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within five business days. Once the refund has been processed, you will be notified via email to the address listed on your account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Anothai Design.

Please note: Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

1. Send it back to us and we will fix it for a fee of $50 and return it to you. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that the fixed item will look exactly the same as when you purchased it. We will gladly send you a photograph of the fixed piece so you can decide if you want the fixed piece.

2. Send it back to us and we will replace it at 20 percent below our wholesale cost.
