PRIVACY
Anothai Design is completely committed to protecting your privacy and we make every effort to assure your confidentiality and to maintain your trust.  We utilize all current and available technology to ensure that your confidential information remains secure. We keep your email address in strict confidence and we do not sell, share, or distribute your address to any third party.  When you place an order, we ask that you provide your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, and credit card number with expiration date.  This information is used to process orders and to assist us in communicating with you on the status of your purchase.  When you open a new account or if you make a purchase with Anothai Design, you also consent to join the Anothai Community and agree to receive email communication for specials, events and updates, for which you may opt out or unsubscribe at any time. Users cannot opt out of administrative type emails such as order confirmation messages. 

TERMS OF ACCOUNT USE
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account and personal account password. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  Anothai Design reserves the unrestricted right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in their sole discretion.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Anothai Design attempts to provide a detailed description of our products as accurately as possible. However, Anothai Design does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.  If a product offered by Anothai Design and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused and undamaged condition for a refund or credit. RISK OF LOSS
All merchandise purchased from Anothai Design are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Anothai Design cannot take responsibility for merchandise that you do not receive once it has been shipped.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting this site, you agree that the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Terms of Use agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Anothai Design relating to that agreement.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Anothai Design and its users.  It cannot be amended without the express written consent by a managerial employee of Anothai Design.
